Sarah Smart began the planning for FidesIQ in 2019. The measurement and reporting rationale within the tool is based on her over 20 years experience within the investment management and pensions industries in a variety of different roles. Sarah is highly respected within the pensions industry and has won many accolades for her innovative approach to pensions.

Magnus Spence - FidesIQ Director

Magnus Spence joined as a Director in 2021. He has 30 years of experience in data & analytics in the institutional investment sector, during which time he co-founded Spence Johnson, a highly successful data provider to UK asset managers. Spence Johnson was sold in 2017 to Broadridge, where Magnus continued to work until 2021.

A joint venture with MJ Hudson

MJ Hudson helps fund managers and investors operate more efficiently and invest more successfully. Quoted on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, it employs 280 staff and advises and services more than 1,000 clients out of 11 offices in Europe and North America.

MJ Hudson provides the proprietary technology on which the FidesIQ systems are built, including:

  • A clear and easy-to-use user interface, enabling clients to see their strategic investment decisions, objectives and results in one place
  • Award winning analytics and reporting technology which collates all the required data and performs the calculations underpinning the FidesIQ reporting.
